"Everything I have learned about Ayurveda, has been a direct reflection of paras' teachings, inspirations, and on-going learning. Paras is not only of service to me in this right, but also of service to the many other beings in my orbit who learn little snippets from my enthusiasm for Ayurveda. I believe her greatest skill is practicing sensitive strength – in all of her relationships: friendships, motherhood, teacher/student, human."

Hi, I’m Paras

I first stepped into the yoga world in Kerala, India in March 2009. The experience left me incredibly transformed and I knew I had finally found my Dharma (life purpose). Ever since then, I have not stopped studying...a sense of urgency set into my being to learn this vast knowledge of Yoga. Why do I feel so good?! How could a series of movements leave me so alive?!

I left my corporate life and all the attachments that came with it. I started following my teachers around and the journey led me to Ayurveda in 2013. As my studies continue, so does my eagerness to teach the world what I have experienced for myself, as Charaka (the author of the ancient ayurvedic texts) says: "You only understand Ayurveda once you have experienced it for yourself." So don't take my word for it, start trying it for yourself.
